Ronald J. Iverson has created a new web site with extensive, up-to-date information about Medicare, Retirement, Long Term Care/Long Term Care Insurance, Care Giving and Social Security.  For those of us who need more information to plan our future and to cope he has developed 65OverAndUnder.com ; the subtitle for this web site is “...critical news for boomers and elders.”

After decades of experience as an insurance professional Iverson has focused on both the insurance needs and the financial needs of older citizens.  He wrote the book on long term care insurance, titled “Guarding Your Gold”.  That book is sold out and is out of print.

Now Iverson also provides advanced continuing education (CEU) for insurance agents on medicare and medicare supplement insurance.

• Women’s Enterprises International has projects to provide water, education and small business/economic development, primarily in Africa and Guatemala.
   
• Ministry of Healing is based in Seattle and provides services in the Seattle area, however, the focus of identifying medical professionals who are willing to volunteer allows the Ministry of Healing to link into national and international health projects too.
   
• The Rafiki Foundation, Inc. ”...turning helpless orphans in Africa into godly contributors in their countries.”  You have to check this out!  They have partnerships in ten African countries where they have set up villages for the education and nurturing for African orphans; many of these children lost their parents and care-givers through the ravages of HIV/AIDS.  Now Rafiki is providing home-like cottages complete with parenting, medical care and love.
